The metal material for measuring the sensitive grid is constantan and the base material is polyimide. L series uniaxial strain gauges are widely used in experimental stress analysis and sensor manufacturing. Under the condition that the principal stress direction is known, the uniaxial sheet can be used as a 1/4 bridge for independent measurement, or can be used as a 1/2 bridge in pairs, or a full bridge in four sheets for flexible and convenient measurement. The 1mm uniaxial sheet can meet the measurement in a very narrow space, while the measurement of non-uniform substances, such as concrete, requires a long strain gauge. However, in the biaxial stress state, the L-series uniaxial strain gauges cannot meet the measurement requirements, so multi-axis strain gauges such as B-series biaxial strain gauges, T-series triaxial strain gauges, and S-series shear plates can be selected according to the requirements. All strain gauge parameters are standard values and can be customized according to customer requirements.
