T series strain gages

T series triaxial strain gauge | triaxial strain gauge | strain flower | 0-45-90 strain flower

The T series strain flower consists of three measuring grids forming 0-45-90 degrees. The metal material for measuring the sensitive gate is constantan and the base material is polyimide.

T series strain flowers are widely used in experimental stress analysis. For the case that the direction of principal stress is unknown, the magnitude and direction of principal stress can be obtained by calculating the strain values measured by the three measuring grids of the T series strain flower and the angular relationship of 0-45-90. In addition, the laminated structure of T series makes the measuring points of the three measuring grids almost completely coincide, thus ensuring the consistency of the measuring points to the greatest extent. Therefore, the T-series strain gauge is an essential measuring element for experimental stress analysis. Each measuring grid can be measured as a 1/4 bridge, and can also be connected with a temperature compensation plate to form a half bridge for measurement.

When the principal stress direction is known, strain gauges such as L series uniaxial strain gauges, B series biaxial strain gauges, and S series shear plates can be selected as required.

All strain gauge parameters are standard values and can be customized according to customer requirements.
