C series circular diaphragm

C series circular diaphragm is composed of annular measuring grid wire. The metal material for measuring the sensitive gate is constantan and the base material is polyimide.

For a special kind of stress distribution-the pressure gradient in a circular area, ordinary strain gauges are often unable to measure effectively, so C series circular diaphragm is needed. The circular diaphragm is usually composed of four measuring grids to form a complete Wheatstone bridge. Circular diaphragm can be used for experimental stress analysis and sensor manufacturing, especially for pressure sensor manufacturing. Circular diaphragm is widely used.

For general test stress analysis, L series uniaxial strain gauge, B series biaxial strain flower, T series triaxial strain flower and R series strain flower can be selected for measurement.

All strain gauge parameters are standard values and can be customized according to customer requirements.
